Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the KSCC, it is a great honor to invite you to attend the KSCC 2015 Annual Meeting, held on May 14, 2015, in Seoul,Korea. The KSCC organizing committee will arrange a scientific program involving four symposia, including one on research highlights, and one culture lecture. The scientific program includes symposia on ‘Comparisons of, and suggestions for, excellent clinical chemistry laboratory guidance’, a presentation of good examples for chemistry laboratories;

‘Research Highlights’, selected from the SCI(E) papers published in 2014; ‘Recent advances in Hormone assays’, on the clinical utility and laboratory issues involving tests for growth and sex hormones; and ‘Industry Workshop’, covering new and emerging biomarke rs measured in clinical laboratories. During lunch, an interesting culture lecture on art appreciation will be presented by the Seoul Museum of Art.

We hope to provide opportunities for lively exchange among members and to broaden their academic horizons.We would like thank the past presidents and board members of the society for their devotion to the society, despite difficulties they have faced, and ask society members to support and participate in the society actively, to help us continue to improve.
